Hope for a better day or happier outcome of any issue is a very human trait. It is common to hear of hope for a U.S. – China tariff resolution, soon. Between cultural issues and decades of precedent, this is a very complicated issue to resolve. Not the least of which is possible currency manipulation by China which would not be the first time employed.
